New to Resistance Bands as a primary source of equipment.
5 different bands, an anchor point and a pair of gloves, a full workout in a small carry bag. I have a relatively small amount of space in my home for equipment after recently downsizing and retiring. No more need to try to push heavy weights at 57 years old, but I still wanted a good workout. This is exactly what I needed to get me motivated and keep me moving. Great App and explanation of the exercises.
